Memories...

I feel like I should write on this more..But I never really know what to talk about as my life is rather boring for a  20 year old college student. I suppose I could start off officially and tell you a little about myself. Grab some popcorn and hold on, it's going to be a bumpy ride! ;)

Well, starting off with the basic of the basics, I'm Samantha, I'm 20 years old and I live with my mother in a one bedroom apartment in Dallas, Texas, USA. I am currently in the enrollment process to the local community college, after a very terrible time going through a for-profit college (I'll delve into that more later on.) Okay, I've got blonde hair that gets dyed various shades of blonde and light brown, though I'm growing it out to my natural color as the upkeep of dry, damaged and colored hair is a huge task! I've got blue eyes and everyone seems to like them, though I don't see the big deal about them and I find them rather average when it comes to the eye department.
I was born on the fourth of June in 1991, in McHenry, Illinois. And I lived there until I was three weeks old, when my parents moved myself, my sister Nichole, and my brothers Corey and Joshua, down to Covington, GA. We lived there for about a year or two until we moved out of our house and into a trailer in Stockbridge, GA. We stayed there for another 6 years, where many memories were made! I was about 7 when I really noticed that my parents weren't getting along, which for a 7 year old is hard to understand. I remember very vividly my parents fighting, and my mom throwing plates at the wall because she was so mad. We eventually moved to Southlake, MI when my parents separated. My mom, Nichole, Corey and I moved, while Joshua and my father stayed in GA. It was hard for me to let go of my brother, because growing up I was so close to him, even though there's a 8 year difference between us. When we first moved to MI we lived with one of my mom's friends that she actually met online. It was a lady and her daughter, my mom and the three of us kids in a small house. I remember that my mom my sister and I shared a room, while my brother had a room of his own. I remember a lot here, walking to school and crunching on the fall leaves, trick or treating and mom taking all the good candy, Corey getting in trouble for skating in the house, their cat Buttons and their three little dogs.
Eventually we had to move out, and while my mom was still looking for a place for us to live (as we were technically homeless) we stayed in my aunt and uncles' basement for a few weeks. Finally we found an apartment and moved in. I remember the apartment and could probably draw out a layout of it, but sadly mom says she doesn't remember it because she was working too hard and worrying about everything.. I remember her making a costume for me to wear to school (I don't remember what for.) and driving me to school and me crying that I thought I was the only one wearing my costume (it was a poodle skirt and a white turtle neck, really cute!) I remember hiding in the walk in closet, taking long baths with the heat lamp on in the bathroom, running to the park across the way from the apartments. I remember a lot here... sneaking onto a golf course, getting caught, then running all the way home scared we were going to get caught. Once my brother was playing with his friend and they found a BB gun and his friend dared him to shoot him in the neck so he did. Mom got called home from work and found Corey crying and they went to the friends house, and the parents only spoke like Russian...scary moments. Speaking of scary moments, one time my father thought it was okay to surprise us and show up at the apartment and try to take us for a weekend. I ran and hid behind my bed because I didn't want to go with him.

TO BE CONTINUED!!!
